No Entry will be accepted unless received with the correct Entry Fee and on an Official Entry Form (including Address and Postcode) which has been signed accepting these Rules. Postal Entries by Saturday 12th July 2008. Unaffiliated Show Jumping:- ALL ENTRIES on the day at Ringside. |

Please Note that a Showground Entry Fee of £5.00 per Car will be charged. (excluding all Horseboxes & Trailers) |

3 |
All mounted Competitors/Riders (whilst riding) on the Showground must wear a Hat to a British Standard Specification (PAS 015, EN 1384, ASTM F 1163, SNELL E2001 or equivalent) and of a standard approved by the governing body under whose rules they are exhibiting. Chin Straps to be fastened at all times when mounted. |

The Committee reserve the right to refuse any Entry and their decision shall be final on all matters. |

5 |
The Committee will not be responsible for any accident or loss of property or otherwise howsoever arising from any cause connected with the Show and it shall be a condition of entry that each Exhibitor shall hold the Committee blameless and indemnify them against any loss, damage or legal proceedings. |

Anyone riding or handling a Horse/Pony in a manner that is considered by the Committee to endanger the safety or well being of any Horse, Pony, Rider, Spectator or Official will be expelled from the Showground. |

7 |
Any objection or protest must be made by Competitors in the Class to the Secretary’s office in writing within 30 minutes of the finish of the Class, together with a deposit of £25.00 which may be retained or returned as the Committee decide. |

8 |
Nomination Entries will not be accepted. |
|
| |
9 |
The Show is affiliated to the BSJA and is held under the Association’s Rules and Exhibitors are bound by those Rules. |

10 |
Rule 76.6.1 - may be implemented for all Classes, including all Sponsored Classes. |
|
| |
11 |
All Cups & Trophies at this Show are for perpetual competitions and are to be returned by 31st May 2009 to the BSJA Secretary. |

The Committee reserve the right to pay any or all prize money by cheque. |
|
| |
13 |
All dogs must be kept on a short lead. |
|
| |
14 |
Refunds will only be given on production of a Veterinary or Medical Certificate. Rule 79.5 will apply to refunds for Rings 1 and 2. No refund will be given if Classes are missed. |

15 |
In the event of the Show being cancelled, Entry Fees will be refunded but a deduction of £3.00 per entry will be retained for administration expenses. |

16 |
Vehicles to be parked in designated areas. There is no Ringside Parking for Horseboxes. |
|

17 |
Strictly NO RIDING OR DRIVING on the Racetrack. Anyone found breaking this Rule will be removed from the Showground.

The Committee reserves the right to move Classes. |
|

Health & Safety |
|
| |
|
The Committee has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health, safety and welfare of those attending the Show. Members of the Public and Competitors are equally responsible for ensuring that they do not put other persons at risk and that they co-operate with the organisers in compliance with Health & Safety Legislation. |
